Step 1 - Ordering

To order products from OzonFix.ro, add the selected generators or accessories to your cart and follow the steps required to complete the order.

Step 2 - Order Confirmation

Shortly after placing your order, an OzonFix representative will contact you to confirm your order. Orders are processed in the order they are received, subject to available stock.

Step 3 - Delivery and Payment

Delivery is made via express courier.

There are 2 payment methods:

  • Cash on delivery (cash, upon receipt of the package)
  • Online payment (by credit card)

Delivery

Orders for generators currently in stock are shipped within 24–48 hours of placement.

Orders totaling less than 500 lei incur a shipping fee of 30 lei, while orders totaling 500 lei or more are shipped free of charge, at the merchant’s expense.

Warranties

All products sold by OzonFix, with the exception of resealed products, are covered by warranty terms in accordance with applicable law and the manufacturers’ commercial policies. The goods are new (except for resealed goods), in their original packaging, and come from sources authorized by each individual manufacturer.

The OzonFix warranty, valid both in Romania and within the European Union, is 2 years for individuals and 1 year for legal entities and authorized individuals, starting from the date the invoice is issued. This warranty is affected by the placement of ozone generators in environments with humidity (maximum 40% accepted), dust, and various air pollutants at levels higher than the normally accepted level. In this case, the warranty provided by OzonFix may be reduced to 3 months.

An air-cooled ozone generator may operate for a maximum of 2 consecutive hours, after which the ozone generator must be shut down and allowed to rest for at least 30 minutes. Any exceeding of this operating time leads to overheating of the ozone generator and, consequently, to the loss of the warranty. Ozone generators designed to operate with water cooling can run 24 hours a day.

Breaking the seals on OzonFix ozone generators, or damaging them, will void the warranty.

For Goods sold and delivered by OzonFix, warranty certificates are either issued directly by the manufacturer, if the manufacturer has a national service network, or by S.C. OzonFix S.R.L., or by an OzonFix service partner.

For Goods in the Order that are covered by a warranty based on warranty certificates issued by S.C. OzonFix S.R.L. or an OzonFix service partner, OzonFix will provide the Buyer with these warranty certificates in printed or electronic format, by adding the warranty certificate for the Item to the Buyer’s Account or via email to the address provided by the Buyer in their Account.

For warranty certificates issued by manufacturers, the product reported as defective during the warranty period must be taken directly to the nearest service center listed on the certificate. This manufacturer-authorized center will assume full responsibility for resolving the warranty claim. Failure to provide the product’s warranty certificate will result in the loss of the warranty. For resealed Goods, the warranty certificate is issued by OzonFix, and the warranty period may differ from that of the same new, sealed Good. The warranty period is specified in the warranty certificate for each resealed product individually. The conditions for use, handling, and transportation of a resealed product are the same as those for sealed products, and they are eligible for the same services unless otherwise stated on the product page.
