Opening the package on delivery
We want to provide the best services for our customers, that's why we ensure the opening of the package upon delivery for all orders placed on ozonfix.ro. This way you can be sure that the ordered generator arrives safely, whole to you, without signs of bumps, bends or scratches.
This service gives you the ability to visually check the status of the product, but you can't test it technically. If after this check you find that the generator is not in perfect condition, we recommend that you refuse the package.
In case of refusal you have no delivery fees to pay.
