OTC Tube® technology with corona effect

OzonFix is an ozone generator manufacturer from Europe (Romania) that uses the corona effect in ozone tubes (electric discharge) to obtain ozone.

OzonFix uses an innovative and powerful ozone production technology, named OTC Tube.

Ozone tubes with OTC Tube technology produce ozone by passing air or oxygen through the tubes. The inner part of the tube is completely controlled, where a continuous electric discharge is created that can be up to several tens of thousands of electronic volts.

Therefore, the ozone dose and concentration are very high when produced by the ozone tubes with OTC Tube technology.

Ceramic tiles produce ozone by passing air on their outer surface.

The corona effect produced by a nickel wire on ceramic tiles is insignificant compared to the corona effect produced by OzonFix ozone tubes with OTC Tube technology that can be up to several tens of thousands of electronic volts.

Remember that the ozone doses and concentrations produced by the ceramic tiles are much lower.

UV lamps produce ozone by passing air on their outer surface and can produce up to a maximum 10% of their weight in ozone.

Ozone tubes with corona effect
