Return Policy

In order to return the purchased ozone generator within 14 days from the date of purchase, the following conditions must be met.

In this request, the Bank and the IBAN Account of the person who is to reverse the value of the ozone generator will be sent.

The Bank and the IBAN Account are accepted to be only of the person to whom the ozone generator was Billed. It is NOT acceptable for the amount of money to be transferred to other third parties (friends, 1st or 2nd degree relatives, neighbors, etc.)

The cost of transport in the case of a confirmed return request is 30 RON. According to the purchase contract, the amount that will be deducted from the total amount returned.

A Shipping AWB will be created by Ozonfix and will be sent to the customer together with the ozone generator pick-up request to our designated express courier (DPD, Fan Courier, etc.)

The Customer has the obligation to print and paste the Shipping AWB on the package of the ozone generator.

The ozone generator must be packed properly so as not to suffer mechanical shocks during the transport from the beneficiary to OzonFix. and it will be sent with all the accessories that have been ordered (bubble stone, silicone tube, fuse, 220V power cable, etc.).

After the ozone generator is received by OzonFix, it is checked by the service team and we will be confirmed if the device is in perfect working order.

After checking the generator, if the ozone generator is in perfect working order and does not show third party damage and problems, a cancellation invoice will be issued together with an invoice for transport services for ozone generator reversal, which will be sent to the customer's email.

NOTE: If the ozone generator has third party damage and problems and does not comply with the OzonFix Production Standard, the reversal of the ozone generator will NOT be accepted, therefore the beneficiary must pay for the transport. round trip, ie 50 Lei.

Note : If the bubble stone or the silicone tube have been used and inserted in liquids, the beneficiary according to the contract of sale and purchase, will pay their equivalent value, according to the prices on the site www.ozonfix.ro, www.ozonefix.com

In case of return acceptance, the money will be refunded to the client's account within up to 30 days from the date of entry into service of the ozn generator for which a return has been requested.
